I am looking to purchase my first airplane and found a 1969 Cessna 150J/150 on trade a plane. They are asking $33,000, is that a resonable price? 10 SMOH, LR tanks, IFR.

I am wondering if it would be worth it to spend the extra money now and pick up a 150/150 or just buy a standard 100hp.

The other airplane I am looking at is posted here in the classifieds, the 1977 150M in Maryland for $25,000 obo.

Looking for advice as this will be my first aircraft purchase.
