How much difference does a climb prop make with a 200lb pilot, no passenger and full tanks. I'm currently looking to buy a 150. How much consideration should I be giving to the type of prop it has? Does a curse prop diminish rate of climb enough to be concerned about. I live in northeast TN and fly into WV frequently. Some of the airports I fly into are a little tight, surrounded by hills. I currently fly a Cessna 182.
