Just a heads up on this. We have had numorous McCauley 6" hub spoke cracks of the last few years. In fact, no one that I fly with still uses them. I realize we are a little rougher on our planes up here but keep in mind, we manage to crack them while using big soft tires. Frankly, I'm surprized there is not an A.D. out on them. I have never seen one fail completely but I sure wouldn't want to be the first to see how that goes.
So far, i have never found a crack in a Cleveland.
