Bill, another I would put on that list would be,, Electronics International. Customer excellence! 3 years ago,, I purchased a UBG-16, within 4 months one of the toggle switches screwed up. They had me UPS it to them,, and UPS back to me on their costs. Doesn't sound like much,, but I saw the bills that UPS was charging for that,, the total there and back was $250 US,, I've found Mathew to virtually help with anything,, including contacting Garmin on my behalf and providing me the required info I was looking for. I wonder,, Why did I end up with five of their instruments,,
