The key would be to buy a good second hand one from down here, stick it in a box and take it home...that way you'd probably get it over there flying considerably cheaper than buying a new one locally - if you Google - Recreational Aviation Australia, and follow the links to second hand aircraft, you might find yourself a bargain

First, the bad news, Matthew. The
J-120 [
jabiru.net.au] is only available in Australia. (I wonder why?) Thus the reason it didn't show up on the US Jabiru site. Too bad! The good news is that there are going to be many light bulbs flashing over people's head because of your post here. For others, like myself, didn't even think about buying an aircraft overseas and have it shipped here cheaper then actually purchasing one here.
