While waiting for parts to arrive I am fixing and replacing little stuff on the WartHog. In many cases the brittle old plastic can be repaired. The carpet and upholstery can be cleaned and the chipped paint can be touched up. Most of the items that can be cleaned, patched, polished or touched up are relative inexpensive; mostly elbow grease.
When you have to buy something sticker shock is very common. Today I ran into an exception; I found a part that could be purchased for 10¢, that’s right, a dime for a genuine airplane part.
Any idea of what it could be?
