I think Matthew G. has a valid case here... if read so the the subject of this sentence is 'Whether or not you're wearing clothes', then the 'as long as you're not in my plane' seems to mean 'as long as you're not wearing clothes in my plane'.

However if read so that 'Whether or not you're wearing clothes is your business' is the subject,
then 'as long as you're not in my plane' seems to mean 'whether or not you're wearing clothes is your business when you are not in my airplane', however it NEVER specifies if clothes are in fact required or not when actually IN David R.'s airplane
