Just an FYI in case anyone has been thinking about getting an engine monitor, Gulf Coast Avionics has a nice deal on EDM-700s.
They have them for $1289.00 ($9 shipping for me), and the kicker is it comes with a mail-in factory rebate of $300. SO, for just under $1000, you get a very good engine monitor with all the CHT and EGT probes.
The rebate is good from 10/1-12/31/2011.
