I just laid my bad one on the counter. The older gentleman looked at it and said, "Guess anything I have is worth a hundred bucks today, huh?" I told him I'd be ashamed to tell ya how much I'd pay today. He laughed and said, "Hmmm, lets see..... 1973 Ford Galaxy with the big motor..."
Indicative of this guy's experience, it fit like a glove and worked perfectly, clearly identifying my old suspect voltage regulator as the culprit.
What's the part number? I don't have a clue. It's in my plane's baggage compartment.
