My partner and I have agreed to sell the 150D model 150 horsepower project we picked up earlier this year. He is going to have a new baby occupying his time in the next few weeks and I've got three other projects underway plus another airplane that needs an annual. We just don't have time for this thing.

The aircraft is a project. There's no engine or prop included. It has been deregistered, so a new airworthiness certificate will be required. There are no logs, although I do have copies of the 337s filed for the Avcon 150/150 STC and other mods, as well as a copy of the STC paperwork.

The fuselage is in very good shape. It's had the battery relocation mod done and the baggage floor mod is underway (currently held in with clecoes). New seat pan and other bits as well. It's stripped and ready for paint. A spare fuselage is included for parts. The tail feathers have been rebuilt with new parts. No corrosion anywhere. The A&P who'd been working on this did a very good job and it will be ready for paint as soon as the baggage floor rivets get driven.

We've not gotten into the wings to make sure they're okay. Pack rats carried a lot of stuff inside them that we've yet to vacuum out. There is some light surface corrosion inside them, the right aileron is missing, and there are some dings in them. We were planning on deskinning one side of each wing to clean out any corrosion and replace a few skins. Those of you who live near the coasts may think me paranoid about corrosion, but I'm not accustomed to seeing it at all here in the dry desert.

The aircraft is disassembled. The panel is complete, although the radios are ancient. All mods for the O-320 have been done. It's currently sitting on a set of Goodyear wheels, but a set of Cleveland wheels. axles, and brakes are included. Standard gas tanks.

I'll be getting it listed on eBay with a reserve price of $3750. We'll take that for it right now, if someone wants to jump the gun. It's worth that just for the fuselage with the 150/150 mods done and the engine mount, if you're already planning your own 150/150 project.

There is a previous thread on this project with some pictures.
