Just don't have the time to do the maintenance, cleaning and have time left to fly right now
You may simply need an attitude adjustment.
I know it's a tough, tough call, Chad so good luck with which ever way this falls.
The truth is that very few of us have the time to fly and maintain our planes the way we really want to....most just accept that and do the best we can.
