Mark. let's make a comparrison.
There are a lot ot taildraggers out there, like the Cessna 140. A good many of them, at one time in their history, performed a little maneuver called a ground loop. This can cause some serious damage to the aircraft. Many of these have been repaired and returned to service. And I would guess that many of them have had little trouble with the repairs.
As the others said, I would be more concerned about the overhaul, and overall upkeep of the aircraft. That may be more important.
