Danny or anybody,have any idea if the customer waiting over six months for Del Air extended range got his order? Thinking about ordering something from them and was curious of the timeline involved.

The fellow that we are selling our long range wings to has purchased two Cessna 172 long range tanks for little of nothing and is going to cut a section out of the middle of each and then weld the two halves back together to match the dimensions of the 150 long range tank.
You will want to keep in mind that the filler locations are different between the Cessna 150 standard tank and the Cessna long range tanks so the skins would have to be modified / re-manufactured if you are switching from standard to long range tanks...........
