Thanks Gene, it really is a nice plane and I will be sad to see it go. I would keep it if I didn't have 2 kids fighting over who gets to go with daddy on the next flight.
I forgot to add that I have an experienced pilot/A&P friend that would be willing to fly the plane anywhere in the U.S. for the cost of gas. He has been using my plane to get his instrument rating through the winter so is familiar with the plane and is one of two people who have been allowed to fly my plane without me there. I figure it would take about 100 gallons of gas to get to Seattle from here at 5.5 GPH (less if you fly higher) so that would be about $500-600 to fly it that far.
