It's your plane Bill - sell it to whoever you want to. I think people are just saying you really should just list an asking price. If you want to give certain individuals a break, offer your "discount" to the worthy recipient once he's at your hangar. Takes the "game" appearance out of it.
If you want an auction, eBay it. If you want to hand-pick the buyer, don't post it on a forum.
