Almost. The difference is the 152 only has 30 deg.'s of flaps and the fuel lines run from both the front and rear of the inboard side of the tanks just like the Aerobats. Also, the peto heater and lights are 24 volt. As far as fit and structure they are the same although the leading edge of the 152 might be slightly different.
