Comes with everything pictured - RAM holder (just add clamp/cup/arm to fit your aircraft), remote antenna, instructions, software, update cable, storage bag, plus a unique power/serial cable - a special Y-cable with 12-volt cigar-light plug and a 9-pin serial connector (used for passing GPS data to a JPI FuelScan-450 or similar fuel totalizer).
