They'll still make money hand-over-fist due to the crazy high prices (and high quality) of their inventory.
Think of them as a first-class auto dealer. High prices, certainly. But, they back everything they do with their renowned integrity. Like buying a factory certified Lexus from the best Lexus dealer in the country. I've just never been in the market for anything they sell, price wise.
