C150/152 is one of the best trainer there is in my opinion, but the reliable and upgraded ones cost a bit more than your budget.
I have had my C150M since 2017 and have logged about 200 hours while training and travelling short distances. This reliable plane was also used to get my private license. I do not have my plane for sale but can give you some information as what to look for, and what to avoid if you email me privately. Good luck to you with your goals in any case.
