Can TNwings work their magic on an eyebrow that have defects such as this (the screw became completely detached from the rubber), or do I need to purchase a new eyebrow?

Mark,, the new TN wings leather cover will overcome this wee bit of a problem.

Is the reason the torn rubber is no problem because the newly refurbrished leather eyebrow is glued to the glareshield w/ 3M contact spray (obviating the need for the screws?)
