Boy I wish I could fly it. I took my 100 ponies up to 9500' today and it took awhile to get there even in these cool temps. Interesting to see full throttle at 2500 RPM max and 80 MPH indicated. The slightest nudge of mixture control caused a noticeable loss of engine power.
As I enjoyed the straight in view of a class C airport some 20+ miles distant, a Boeing caught my eye as it passed approx. 2000'
BELOW me. I can only imagine what was said as they watched me overhead!
