This question of aircraft values set me to thinking about a recent conversation during some hangar flying. The gist started with a comment on the number of planes not normally seen for sale that were showing up in the various sales venues. A lively discussion ensued that turned to buyer resistance. The rising cost of fuel was one area of concern. The second was the possibility of FAA funding changes,namely a sharp increase in fuel taxes,and the possibility of user fees. Any thoughts on what role these and other questions may have on our immediate aircraft sales climate?
