That airplane previously belonged to a club member, when he sold 3 years ago the total time was 11 hours. I recall that he advertised it for $75K and it was on the market for several years, then he finally sold it for around $60K.

60 grand??? ouch! Bottom line is it's still a 150.

I would probably not pay more than 26-27 grand for it if I was in the market. If its had 900 ours in just three years then it sounds like training was done. Hard to put that kind of time on it if it wasn't a training plane, at least for some of that time.

Not a bad looking plane though, except for the pea green carpet and lower panel...ew!
