I know this plane... it had been sitting at an airport in East Tenn for a LONG time.... lot's of drama there...

Not sure I would have posted that note-might as well call the FAA and ask them for a hassle.

if this out of annual plane is being flown, and pilot log book shows the plane has been flown...theres gona be a problem.

other wise, the only problem will be when the plane crashes the insurance will not pay off.

Only if the insurance can prove it crashed because it wasn't in annual.

1) Welcome, Robert! You've come to a great place.

2) Most insurance companies ask if the aircraft is in annual when you sign or renew a lease, you can be denied simply because of that (fraud), and most policies (I've had 3 separate ones) state the aircraft must be in annual (goes with the clause about busting regulations) for the aircraft to be covered in flight.
