other wise, the only problem will be when the plane crashes the insurance will not pay off. | | | | Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 156 Member/100+posts | Member/100+posts Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 156 | if this out of annual plane is being flown, and pilot log book shows the plane has been flown...theres gona be a problem.

Only if the insurance can prove it crashed because it wasn't in annual. | | | | Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 3,693 Likes: 1 Member/2500+posts | Member/2500+posts Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 3,693 Likes: 1 | the log books would do that.. and welcome.. | | | | Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 10,735 Likes: 109 $ Member/10,000+ posts! | $ Member/10,000+ posts! 2) Most insurance companies ask if the aircraft is in annual when you sign or renew a lease, you can be denied simply because of that (fraud), and most policies (I've had 3 separate ones) state the aircraft must be in annual (goes with the clause about busting regulations) for the aircraft to be covered in flight.
