House For Sale. Contact me for details. I am going to insist on no first time buyers. And that the buyer be comfortable in maintaining their own house.

Sale depends on whether or not a replacement house can be found in a nice neighborhood, has at least 5 bedrooms, a swimming pool, and costs less than $20K.

That would depend largely up on who the buyer is, Barney! smirk

Barney,

We are offering this house here first hoping that it will go to somebody that will truly appreciate it. As folks that really know me here will attest, I am not totally about the money and this house will go to that somebody at a very fair price depending on their individual circumstances. If I wind up going public, then there will be a set price. Otherwise, if you are genuinely interested in purchasing our house feel free to PM me and we can discuss it. But, be forewarned, if the first question is still "how much is it?" or you come with the same demanding attitude you have shown here, it is not for sale.

Hmmmm... does the above post contain disparaging remarks in a for sale thread which is clearly against the rules? Is the poster genuinely interested in Hung's Sale item ? If not, by the "rules" that poster should "move on" (see number 5) It appears the poster may have an ax to grind in which case, an new thread can easily be started to follow that theme. I am truly interested in Hung's house but am considering a different approach, other than the one used by Barney to get a price, lest I be accused of having a demanding attitude and thusly barred from any further purchase consideration.

If I pursue this narrative further, Hung may well raise the price of the house for everyone and I will feel somewhat responsible. However, if that happens, I will gladly donate a bottle of MMO to the lucky buyer. MMO can be used to oil any creaking doors or stubborn locks which I am sure the house does not have.
