Thanks,

Have you tried D.J. Vegh? He makes a batch every once in a while on a CAD/CAM machine (or something -- not sure how). | | | | | Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 16,198 Likes: 1186 Member/15,000 posts | | Member/15,000 posts Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 16,198 Likes: 1186 | Hi Stacy, Thank you for your input. The 152 latch is not the same as the 150's that D.J. makes and wouldn't work. Cessna wants $92.25 for the one I need.

Well, I was going to suggest Texas Air Salvage, but their price will make you even more sick than the Cessna part. They want $295 for the entire assembly from a salvaged 1979 152 II. https://www.texasairsalvage.com/main_view.php?editid1=209657

Try this number... 1-888-433-5433... www.univair.com. [ univair.com.] Don't know if this is what you might need, but it's worth a try. ![[Linked Image from animatedimages.org]](https://www.animatedimages.org/data/media/218/animated-penguin-image-0137.gif) [ animatedimages.org] Imagine a united world. I figured that any from a salvage yard would be close to the same condition as the one I am replacing.

That's not bad. I paid more for my 150 "DJ" latches. Really not horrible price considering. They will only become more scarce and expensive. What if they were out of stock and no one had one. You're back to picking from the junk yard.
