The edging on the strut fairings isn't stock, to my knowledge was never used by Cessna on their planes, and is technically illegal, although it doesn't hurt anything.
Chief aircraft, Aircraft Spruce, even your local NAPA might sell a similar rubber or vinyl product. Personally, I don't like the looks of it, and I think over time it would be difficult to keep it attached to the fairings.
