First time he had a "Buy It Now" price of $76,000, but accepted bids, which reached $45,600, but didn't meet his reserve. This time he lowered the "Buy It Now" price to $72,000, and apparently lowered his reserve, too. He's taking "offers". He probably should have taken the $45,600 when he had the chance!
