That is too much money (my opinion). I was asking that much for mine (1750 SMOH and 650 STOH, nice airframe) before I found a problem with the engine. This one is almost 200 hours past TBO with 1000 hours on the top end. I wouldn't expect much more than 200 hours left on the engine. And that is if it is in good shape. Plan on doing an overhaul if you buy it. Might be sooner, might be later.

Sounds like it will be nice plane once the engine is done. It will not be easy to sell like it is, though.
