After looking it over, I'd personally not pay more than $12K for this airplane, low use, out of annual, and the interior and exterior are beat. This is one of those projects that will eat a new owner alive, replace this, overhaul that, refurbish this. You could probably get it legal and airworthy for $4K as long as you don't care how it looks inside or out. So at my maximum price, you'd have $16K in an airworthy beater that's going to need an overhaul sooner rather than later. I sold my nearly mint 1966 150 for $16K (it was nearly at TBO, but otherwise practically flawless, with only 1,700 TT.)

Bidding is just a little over $9K at this point, and the reserve is not met. I'm going to guess that the seller expects to get at least $15K and anyone who pays that much for it is just plain foolish, long range tanks or not.
