The ad says it's the Avcon conversion so no gross weight increase.
With an empty weight of 1280lbs. and a gross weight of 1600lbs. the useful load would be 320lbs. Take away 222lbs (O&N tank with 14.5 usable and assuming standard tanks) for full fuel and the pilot better be pretty skinny! Quite literally, a 98lbs. weakling.
