Outstanding ideas from all over the world - I like them all and Matt's idea puts a new spin on it as well! Keep them coming!
Also keep in mind you can have a collage of sorts on the photo for each month, meaning you could probably get 5-6 or more aircraft/theme on each photo page...
John, I don't think anyone would object to you taking the lead once we get some more great ideas and find general agreement on the concept.
$15-$20 sounds about right, though I have no idea what they would cost through an internet service. I use both Snapfish and Kodak on-line services who both will produce these.
