-Sounds like the basic idea has some merit, but we would still like to hear from others wrt ideas and inputs. We are still getting great ones -- much better than I originally thought!

-These calendars, along with the Clinton videos, would be fair to good sales items, I would think. However, this is a "persishable" item in that it will lose value after that year...which is why we need to keep a few things in mind.

-Perhaps some "advanced orders" may be necessary to provide "seed money" to ensure no money is lost on this venture.

-I'd be in favor of it being a "Cessna 150/152" theme (old and new and all the ideas mentioned above). Let me explain...

-Will it be "club centric" or "Cessna 150/152 centric," or both?

-My thought is Cessna owners OUTSIDE the club MAY consider purchasing one as well, but not if it was "overly populated" with club-related photos of specific people (hero shots) or club inside jokes, etc.

-In other words, we could be subtle enough to be able to market it outside the club to act as (another) recuriting tool for the club without being "in your face" about the club - make sense?

-Others may differ - just a thought to be able to appeal to a wider audience. There are MANY more 150/152 owners than there are club members...

-So, start with a proposed objective...create a Cessna 150/152 calendar displaying the past, present and future of the aircraft; showcase the club's activities in the context of the airframe; and sell the product for a modest profit to benefit the club and its interests.

Perhaps a good start and some focus....up to us. The objective will ultimately determine HOW the product is created...in other words, are we doing the calendar JUST for us, or does it have other purposes that may help the club more in the long run in sales and publicity? Open for debate before we get into specifics!
