Good information to know.
PlanePlastics was "OK" in the customer relations department, except that they took an awfully long time refunding my money for a purchase which I made relying on a picture in their on-line catalog, which was wrong.
They didn't re-imburse me for the shipping (X2) either which would have been the correct thing to do, IMHO.
