That is correct - and you cannot rig just one arm off of the gear transmission on the Cessna electro-mechanical gear and be assured that you have not affected something on the other two. Trying to do so is one of the causes of gear collapses and hang ups on that system. The rigging process starts at the center of the transmission and progressively works outward on all three arms.
