We are offering this house here first hoping that it will go to somebody that will truly appreciate it. As folks that really know me here will attest, I am not totally about the money and this house will go to that somebody at a very fair price depending on their individual circumstances. If I wind up going public, then there will be a set price. Otherwise, if you are genuinely interested in purchasing our house feel free to PM me and we can discuss it.
