Guys, take my advice. If you see a plane for sale at this time of year in a cold weather climate do not hesitate to take a look and make a low ball offer. My buddy refused a few offers sight unseen but felt the plane needed to be looked at first. Nobody came to look. Then a local heard about the plane for sale and made a low, low ball offer. SOLD!! Hey, it doesn't hurt to make an offer. You never know.
Thanks Antonio! Good advice! It's funny as Marty's 150 in Conn had quite bad wx as well and I didn't think it would sell till the Spring but some guy in NY bought it right around Christmas!
