Welcome Dual, I think the only place to purchase an engine outright, with no core, would be from the manufacturer or an authorized dealer of the manufacturer. I don't think many engines are sent to overhaul shops and abandoned but sometimes it does happen. Right Kirk? Wentworth is good for finding "as removed" engines.
