The bushes from McFarlane that I linked to before are for the bush in the "gap" showing in your pictures - the bit attached to the vertical stab / fin. If you also need the "Flange Bearing" (US) / "Top Hat Bushing" (UK) to go on the rudder - then there are kits at McFarlane

But I'm betting the bushes showing on your rudder pictures are standard dimension. If you can't get the older Imperial dimensioned bushes in the UK anymore - give me a holler with sizes - I can get you them here in Sintered Bronze/Oil lite from any number of sources. They won't be PMA but I doubt if Cessna's were either till they bought them in from a supplier and tagged them. Of course you would then need to persuade your mechanic to use them......
