DON'T overpack!

A small tent, an air mattress or cot, clothes for three or four days, toiletries and tie downs are about all you'll need. Bring a light raincoat. (Ron Stewart attends the fly-in every year)

There is a Super Walmart in town that we run to three times a day, (at least) if you need something or forget something. There is a laundromat in town that will wash and fold your clothes for a nominal fee.

Other than that, be prepared to meet a lot of great people and have a lot of fun and laughs.

Your Officers and Board of Directors put a lot of effort into making the fly-in as smooth as possible. If you have ANY questions, need directions to something on the airport or want to do something that's not on the regular itinerary, just ask anyone wearing a white name tag. If we can't answer your question immediately, we'll find the answer for you as soon as possible.

Bring sunscreen and a hat. It can get hot in Clinton in July!

Finally, you can ship any personal belongings to Clinton prior to the Fly-In. The staff at the airport will put your package in a secure location and it will be waiting for you when you arrive. They'll handle shipping it home for you after the Fly-in. You just arrange for the fees to be paid and a shipping label prepared before you leave.

If you want to send a package, USPS/UPS/FedEx it to:
