I replaced the one on my 1979 152 after I got it. It is a real pita. If you're not going to do the work yourself (it'll require an airframe license to sign it off), be prepared to pay out the nose. Every control cable that is on that panel will have to be removed. ALL OF THEM. No small task. I'd do another, but I think I'd flat rate the labor at 500 dollars. What a trying process.
I did buy it new from Van Bortel (Air Power) here in Arlington. Man, it sure did look pretty.
