Mark, from what I am seeing in the pictures, I don't think you are out of line on the price. Great panel, seats/interior, good paint. It should sell at that price.
I agree with Ron and I hate to see you letting her go.
If I didn't already have a 150-150, we'd be talking.
Even the yellow wouldn't stop me from pursuing this plane.
