so how hard is it to drive one of these 'backward steering wheel' planes on the ground???

Piece of cake. You just pull out the little handle by the tail and steer it any direction you want.

From up front you need to be current with your ballet and tap dance lessons.

All kidding aside it is not the crazy animal it gets blamed for. You just have to be on your toes more and react sooner.

Yeah...

..and don't stop flying the plane until its tied down.

But then, that's good advice for the nosedragger pilots, too.

Interesting ... this airplane is located in Big Lake, Texas, and I live in Big Lake, Alaska .. of course, I'm only 5 miles from Houston, Alaska ... you'd think we'd be more creative in our city naming conventions.
