Check out the "fin" on the nose wheel fairing,, Yes, that configuration is for the Cessna 150 seaplane package, a factory option for the 1971-73 style wheel fairings. -Brian | | | | | Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 1,959 Likes: 2 Member/1500+posts | | Member/1500+posts Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 1,959 Likes: 2 | That was the "Deluxe" option. Added an extra knot, plus extra stability on the yaw axis.

Cheaper the better of course.

And think of all the SPEED you'd gain!! That 3 knots will knock your socks off! Ha Ha! The other night I was showing 105 IAS.
It's the extra weight that bothers me.

I looked at the picture of your plane in your avatar. I don't think it's legal to have the main wheelpants on without the nose pant. All or nothing. | | | | | Joined: Nov 2007 Posts: 330 Member/250+posts | | Member/250+posts Joined: Nov 2007 Posts: 330 | Do you need just the nose wheel pant or the whole set? Scott Ed, I just need the nose wheel pant. The two mains came with the plane when i purchased it but he did not know what happened to the nose pant. I imagine you wouldn't want to break up the set?
