OK, here is the scoop. 1964 172E (manual flaps, back window version) with slightly over 2500 hrs TT airframe, and about 1000 hrs on the Continental O-300.

IFR panel with two Terra Nav-Comms, and IFR Loran (no idea what, I'll have to see the airplane), a King KMA-20 audio panel with 3LMB. King ADF (again, no model, I'll have to look), King transponder and blind encoder, Intercomm and four headsets. Cleveland Brakes and chrome discs. Spin on oil filter, new window glass front and back, Horizon electronic tach, auto gas STC, All AD's, and always hangared.

Prop is in the shop right now getting a full overhaul and repitch to climb.

Excellent paint and interior. Its having an annual done on it right now.

I do not know the price, but I think its pricey, probably not bad given the hours and condition.

Call Tex Townsend, 770-927-9206.

I'll try to get some pics in the next few days.

Charles
