My IA is selling his 172D (I think it's a 62), N2447Y. I believe he said about 3000 hours. Just painted (blue and white), engine 10 SMOH, IFR equipped (2 KX-170, ADF (unknown manufacturer), KMA-20 audio panel, Magellan VFR GPS). It does need the interior redone.
He's asking mid 40's. Aircraft is located at Thomaston/Upson County, GA (KOPN). I just wish I'd seen this one before I found 01U!
He also has 1/2 interest in a 150 and has a homebuilt that's about 95% done - he's airplane poor!!
