Charles Oh I haven't given up on that dream. It's just not going to be there. Unfortunate because I've had my heart set on it for quite awhile now....but when the time comes, who knows, I may end up some place better.

Yeah I wouldn't mind Spruce Creek!...But think I might have to retire first and I can't wait that long!
