I think a math error on the gross weight, Empty weight 1280, useful load 620 = 1900 gross. If it is an ACT conversion, actual legal gross would be 1760, so useful would be 480 right?

He also lists it as a 152 when it is clearly a 150M.

The ad says it's the Avcon conversion so no gross weight increase.
With an empty weight of 1280lbs. and a gross weight of 1600lbs. the useful load would be 320lbs. Take away 222lbs (O&N tank with 14.5 usable and assuming standard tanks) for full fuel and the pilot better be pretty skinny! Quite literally, a 98lbs. weakling. smile

Also. his fuel burn and climb numbers do not square with reality.
