Does anyone know anything about the 1976 C150 on e-bay. N8040U. I have a friend who is looking for a C150 and he is looking at this one. Is it a club members airplane? PM me with any information if you wish.
It looks good, perhaps has been re furbished, and is low time.

N8040U is registered to Kenneth Tansor in Janesville, Wisconsin. I don't see his name in the Club's Membership list.

Funny thing, not the first photo of the engine or any of its components. confused

I wonder what's up with the runny glue all over the right armrest/door panel and the strings above the armrest?

I always wonder why the sellers select certain angles for the photos, as if they're hiding something. The lower plastic panel in the L-M models are notorious for cracking just above the carb heat knob and the trim wheel. They didn't show a photo of that area or any of the side panel plastic.

Otherwise, it looks like a clean aircraft even though I love to see a few shots of the engine.
